Sequin Top: The Weekly Style Edit

Happy Thursday before Christmas.  Lindsay and I are styling our favorite holiday inspired outfits.  I of course went with sequins because who doesn’t love sequins at the holidays?  This outfit was the perfect look for Chase’s company party.  His Christmas party was a cruise around Newport Harbor and then had dinner at Social in Costa Mesa.  It was a bit chilly, but if you haven’t gone done the boat cruise through Newport Harbor you have to check it out.  It was really cool.

I’m obsessed with this new suede skirt from Zara.  It is so versatile and can be dressed up or down.
You can pair it with a casual t-shirt and sneakers paired with a leather jacket or dress it up with a blouse and heels.

One of my favorite spots on our European adventure One of my favorite spots on our European adventure was all of the beautiful churches. Stunning architecture, lots of discussions about religion and the differences between them all. It was so much fun to talk, to share with the girls and I hope they have a new respect for cultural and religious differences. In the end we are all humans, living on this earth, to grow, learn and love.

Here is a little travel tip: One way that we save money on travel is easy breakfasts. We keep food in our hotel, fresh fruit and baked goods. We grab a coffee every once in awhile, but it’s always something like this. Quick, easy and affordable.
