Travel Style – The Weekly Style Edit

My favorite day of the week.  Thursday and The Weekly Style Edit with Lindsay Rutland from Middle of Somewhere.  Since both of us are on planes today, we thought it would be a great opportunity to share our travel style.  I’m  comfort all the way, when I fly.  It’s Athleta pants, a t-shirt, hat and sneakers.  I love my Athleta Yoga pants because they have a side pocket that I can throw my phone in while I play my headphones.

My travel style always includes a sweater or jacket of some sort, because I am always freezing on planes.  I always have thieves essential oil, my beats headphones, snacks and Evian face spray in my bag.  I purchase a large water before I board my plane and try to limit my salt intake.  It’s my only way to survive a flight.  Especially a flight from the west coast to the east coast.  I try to take care of myself as much as I can.  Traveling as much as we do definitely takes a toll on my body.  I have a 5 day recovery from ATL to leave for Cabo San Lucas.  You only live once and like I always say, “I will sleep when I’m dead.”

A Comfortable Travel Style

I love your travel style! I don’t own anything from Athleta but my friend who does swears by their clothes! I like the side pocket on those yoga pants, great for tucking your phone away.
    Thanks for the link up!
    xo,

I just love your travel style here. That big bag, the nice muted colors and that fun phrase on your hoody! I really should check out Athleta, I always get their catalogs. I like the idea of drinking a big bottle of water while on the flight.

I always love to be comfy when traveling…and I always need a scarf. For some reason I freeze on the plane!

I love your leggings and the big bag! I alternate between being too cold or too hot on planes – wearing layers is the only way to stay comfortable! Hope you have a great weekend!

Here is a little travel tip: One way that we save money on travel is easy breakfasts. We keep food in our hotel, fresh fruit and baked goods. We grab a coffee every once in awhile, but it’s always something like this. Quick, easy and affordable.
