Magical Unicorn Party Ideas

Hi Lovelies.  Does anyone else feel like every week they are telling themselves next week will be better?  The crazy schedule will slow down and life will go back to normal?  I keep telling myself every week it will be better and more stuff just comes up. Last week we celebrated my little’s birthday party with a super cute Unicorn Party.  She chose her theme and I went straight to Paperless Post to order my invites.  I am obsessed with Paperless Post.  They have been my invite company of choices for our last several parties.  They have so many choices, that are customizable and they are so cute.  I chose these unicorn invites that were a perfect way to invite all of her friends.

MAGICAL UNICORN PARTY IDEAS

Let’s get to Unicorn Party Ideas.  I’m not gonna lie my friend and I had a major Pinterest fail.  I’ll share the story with you because I’m sure you all can relate.  I decided the night before to add a bunch of unicorn party treats.  This included Unicorn bark and marshmallow unicorns.  Needless to say the marshmallow unicorns ended up not happening and the unicorn bark was a very small amount.  Lesson learned if you want to use candy melts you need a microwave.  We tried to double broil it didn’t go so well.  So, I was running to my neighbors microwaving the candy melts and then trying to assemble everything back at my house.  My friend and I decided to just walk away from the unicorn marshmallows and settled on a small amount of unicorn bark.  We also created Unicorn poop with rice checks and colored candy melts.  The kids had so many choices of sugary treats.

The party was a huge success and all the kids loved the unicorn party ideas.  They made unicorn horns out of sugar cones and frosting.  We played pin the horn on the unicorn.  They basically had a magical unicorn day.
